The security guard is located at the front desk in the main lobby from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 11:00 pm on Saturdays, and 10:00 am - 6:00 pm on Sundays.

His or her presence in the lobby helps deter theft and vandalism in the building, but in the event of a problem, he or she will notify the police.

The security guard is not armed, and should not be expected to physically intervene under any circumstances.

They are there to observe, monitor and report.

The security guards have been instructed not to allow anyone in the building after hours.

The tenant desiring access to the property should use their key card.

If they do not have their key card or the person is not a tenant of the building, then they should be instructed to contact their office’s emergency contact number.

For security reasons, anyone not having a key to your suite or offices, including your employees will not be admitted by 1 Place personnel or the security guard.
