• 1 Inline Place requires all tenants as well as their contractors and vendors to provide a certificate of insurance.

• Incomplete insurance information may delay work. 

• Work that does not have prior Building Management approval may be stopped at any time, regardless of a tenant’s intended work schedule.

• Larger scale projects must be presented with appropriate drawings as soon as a tenant has them available.
